The hotel has excellent and cooperative staff, including a friendly receptionist. It is in a good location, close to all the hustle and bustle of Cannes, the Railway Station, and all attractions. - Situated in a quiet street.

The room had a great view and the breakfast in the restaurant was warm and enjoyable.

Their breakfast option with hot options is nice hot, put others we have been to shame! The location is marvellous and decent, within easy walking distance of La Croisette.

Well priced and impeccably clean place to stay in, it has affable staff from a nice receptionist. The location is ideal and handy, it's not far from the restaurant, beaches and the shopping streets. Overall fine food, plus there is Bar des Negociants close by...

The room was beautifully maintained with a separate bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. the breakfasts were sensational, offering a variety of hot options. the hotel's location was magnificent and ideal, being close to the annual film festival.

The room was very nice, very quiet, very clean, everything was exellent. The staf were very very friedly and satisfied every request we had. The front office lady is very polite. The position of the hotel near the Croisette is fantastic, it is also near the shopping street and the sea food restaurants. We will surely return to this hotel!!

Hair dryed did not work but they gave me another one as soon as I called the recepsion.

The location of this place is fantastic, just minutes away from a well-known annual film festival, with extremely friendly and cooperative staff, including a nice receptionist, making everything pleasant.

they gave me an up grade, but the hotel was very poor, looks like a low 3 stars hotel. it was near the train station in cannes . free wi fi available

for the money, it´s not worth it. a little bit old and the rooms were very simple, with poor facilities.

the bed was comfortable

during all the stay (4 days) we could not connect to wifi and staff didnt do anything to help although we complained several times. even downstairs at the lobby, the hotel computer was having problems with internet connection. the shower was in the same space as the rest of the bathroom, so after taking the shower you would have to stand in the water if you wanted to use the sink or the toilet. the windows of the room do not open. you could still feel the smell of the cigarettes in the room although this was supposed to be a non-smoking room. hotel has its own parking under the building but they still charge 15 euros for the day. the beach is minimum 15 minutes by foot.
